Albergo Celide - Lucca

Positive, Great location just outside the city walls, easy to reach on foot. The staff were super accommodating, even delivering drinks and snacks to the rooftop patio. The room was clean with comfy sheets, and the breakfast was quite nice. Free bike rentals were a bonus 😊

The room was a nice size, I had perfectly pleasant experience.

I did not want to leave there and would love to come back. I was there for 3 nights and ate at casual restaurant for breakfast. A mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control were useful. The staff was service-minded, very efficient, no complaints. The hotel was in a central location close to city center.

Both bathrooms need better safety signage for high step concerns!!! The terrace should have staff for easier service!!!

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was really good. Had good sleep at the superior queen room with spa access. The location was comfortable, not very far from an oval plaza. Next to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

Well decorated rooms with good beds and wake-up service. Fine food in the restaurant, savoury breakfast with juices, cheeses and pastries.

I stayed in a Small Double Room for 3 nights. The room felt cozy but a bit cramped for two. The bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was on point. I loved the nice sheets! The hotel had great lighting, and the bathrooms had neat fixtures. Just a heads up, no milk provided for tea or coffee, a surprise. Still, it was charming and perfect for unwinding after exploring Lucca.

The breakfast was a little disappointing and did not measure up to the standards of the other services or facilities provided. We waited over 15 minutes for coffee that we ordered and there was no milk available for the cereals provided
